Appendix A & B and the Reference lists are included here to complete the entire book Gay Fathers. 

The support groups, the lists of reference materials, and the books are decades out of date. Although some are still available and useful, these materials - along with examples of homophobic material to be fought against - are dated. They also serve as a measure of the social change in the 30 years since publication. In some instances they also show how much remains to be done.
